Hi! My name is Bridget, and I’m currently a student at The Ohio State University studying Sport Industry, Sports Communication, and Economics.
Sports have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up playing just about everything – basketball, soccer, field hockey, softball, volleyball, and track and field – but I was raised on ice hockey and Ohio State football. Between watching the Columbus Blue Jackets, Dallas Stars, and the Ohio State Buckeyes, they quickly became the sports that shaped how I see competition, teamwork, and heart.
Somewhere between late-night games and early practices, I realized I didn’t just love playing sports – I loved understanding them. That curiosity is what led me to start this blog: a place where I can combine my love for writing, data, and storytelling to explore what really drives athletes and the numbers behind the moments that matter.
Beyond this blog, I have an ultimate goal of working in sports. Whether it’s through social media, operations, business analytics, or another area of professional sports, I am excited to fulfill any role where I can make a positive impact.
